Leaving in a few minutes for my hospital appointment to have a tube shoved down my throat. Needless to say, I'm dreading it so wish me luck and think of me please!

Don't know if I'll be back online again today or not. The 'procedure' is at 6.40, then I'll need some recovery time, but if all goes well and there are no complications, I might get to come home. Here's hoping. *wibbles*

Thank you *hugs back* Unfortunately, it didn't go to plan and they need to try again with a narrower tube, which wasn't available. I am so done with all this =(

They're talking about another test too, one that sounds just as bad as it requires drinking large amounts of a special liquid and I can't eat or drink much of anything. I think I'd prefer the endoscopy. At least I'm sedated during that. Nice sedative, very strong.
