Positive Meme Thingie: Day Three

Today has been a bit chaotic, I kept forgetting I hadn't done things I was supposed to do. *shrugs* My brain keeps wandering off.

Three positive things for today:

1. I have 10 followers on my new fic over on ff.net already! And 145 hits! I've had some great comments, it's very encouraging =D

2. Some crystals I bought have arrived. They're from the personal collection of a renowned crystal healer, I couldn't resist. All three are wonderful!

3. I've made some good writing progress. I wrote a short Doctor Who comment fic for a prompt over on fic_promptly, a dreamwidth community that is great fun. Also done some work on chapter 2 of Through Time And Space. I want to do a bit more on that tonight, once I've done some betaing.

Quite a productive day!

Chapter 2 is coming along - 1400 words so far!

Very pretty! There's a Green Jasper wand, with swirls like galaxies and nebulae in it, a little Grey Phantom Quartz point, and a Lemurian Quartz point, clear quartz and just as it has grown, lovely faceted sides and quite heavy. I do love my crystals!

I'd be lost without mine, though I think I have enough to satisfy a small dragon by now, lol! They are my hoard!

That really sounds like a productive day! What are you gonna do with those crystals? Do you collect them? :)

Yeah, I've been collecting crystals a long time and using them for personal healing, I'm not a practitioner. They help me with things like migraines, panic attacks, colds and sore throats, stuff like that. Very useful, and they're beautiful to look at too! It's amazing that there can be so much beauty in stones.

I'm doing well with writing today too ;)
