OUCH!
*whimper* Everything hates me!
A couple of days ago I hurt my wrist - no idea how, but it's making life difficult. But now the blasted metal clothes prop has fallen on my already bad toe and I can barely hobble. All this on top of backed up drains and I feel like crawling under the bed and staying there permanently =(
Don't mind me, I'm just feeling sorry for myself. *whimper*

Ouch, that sounds far worse than my squashed toe! Thanks for putting my whinginess into perspective, I hope your burn is all healed now!

It was my own fault--I put a cup of hot coffee from the drive-through in my lap. The lid wasn't on properly, the driver accelerated, and... yeah. Lots of screaming ensued, followed by the biggest, ugliest blisters I've ever seen. I didn't post about it because I felt like such an idiot. :-p
Thank you! It's all healed now, though there's a dark mark about the size of my palm to remember it by. Glad my experience could help somebody, if only in showing that as far as stupid accidents go, it could always be worse. ;)

Also, drainage engineer has been and cleared the blockages - took him about an hour and a half, I felt like such an idiot that it took me so long to realise there was even a problem o_O
Ack! That must have been agonising! So glad you've healed up. Hopefully the mark will fade over time.
