Drabble: Halloween Fright

Summary: Jack wants to give Ianto a scare.

Jack was determined to give Ianto a Halloween fright. Leaving the Hub before his lover, supposedly to run errands, he snuck over to Ianto’s house, letting himself in and hurriedly throwing on a ghost costume. After checking that he’d left nothing lying about to give the game away, he hid in Ianto’s bedroom and waited.


Half an hour later, Ianto arrived home, heading straight up to his room to change. Jack grinned. This was it!


But before Jack could jump out, Ianto spoke.


“Give it up, Jack, I know you’re there. Last time I looked, my curtains didn’t have legs!”

Oh clever Ianto. He really does know everything because he's very observant. Jack will never get one over on him. Still, goes to show that they both love to play.

This is one occasion Jack failed to win despite sort of cheating. Ianto is just too sharp to miss things like legs where there shouldn't be any, lol!

Good point, he just wanted to spook Ianto, but he overlooked the obvious. Ianto, however, didn't!
