HELP PLEASE!

Okay, can anyone tell me why my posting window on Dreamwidth does not work?

It was fine yesterday, but now I'm not getting any of the symbols at the top, I can't type or copy & paste into it, I'm just getting a blank white window that doesn't do anything. It doesn't even switch between Rich Text editor  and HTML.

I've tries a half dozen times this morning, opening new windows, refreshing the page etc, to no avail. =(

It looks like they're having problems this morning. According to the maintenance comm, they're testing something new and I bet it's affected the posting window. There are a bunch of service tickets open on the problem (including one from me) so I bet they fix it pretty quickly. Dreamwidth is pretty good about those sorts of things. :)

Just so you know...I heard back from Dreamwidth and it is an issue with the new system they're testing. They're working on the issue now.

Ah, that's a relief! Hopefully it will be sorted soon. Unlike LJ, Dreamwidth do seem to listen to their users when they have problems!

Thanks! They're a well-organised bunch, wonder if they have Tosh & Ianto helping...

They really are! And it has to be least Tosh to work on the system, and Ianto supplying the coffee. *laughs*

I am content to wait for them to fix the problem, as I know it will be done. How could they fail if Tosh & Ianto are supplying their expertise and coffee? At least now I know the problem isn't just with me and as I only wanted to link my last drabble at the Hub, it's not going to cause me any real problems.
