[Error: unknown template qotd]I adore dancing. I jig about at home when muy hips and knees will let me, but I miss what I used to do - ballroom, Latin and modern sequence. I miss being able to go to dances. Last time I really danced in a hall with other people was about 15 years ago at the local university's centennial celebrations. There was a line-dancing class going, so I did that. So much fun!

I have a Fake prompt for you: Dee/Ryo - dancing! XD I would love it if you could make them dance a slow waltz! Especially so if you could draw from your own experiences! Many writers totally gloss over things like steps/position etc :)

Most of what people call a slow waltz these days is jut two people holding on to each other, shuffling their feet. How many people know that when the woman brings her feet together in a waltz, she's supposed to rise on her toes, and stepping backwards, the heel has to drag. The boys should take lessons, lol! I'll give this some thought, thank you!

There is a show on TV, here in Germany, about couples that get married. They compete with each other, voting on who had the best ceremony/party. Anyway, I'm always so sad when the wedding dance turns out as you described, with them sort of just shuffling about. - Not that I can dance, but still XD Though I have to say the most beautiful dance scene I have ever seen was, in fact, on TV - it's a scene from "The Vampire Diaries." It's just so graceful and sizzling with UST *hearts*
