FAKE Drabble: Distracted

Summary: Ryo can be very distracting.

Setting: End of Vol. 3, beginning of Vol. 4, I think. Somewhere around there anyway.

A/N: Written for the tw100 prompt ‘Awkward moments’

Going to fetch coffee, Dee glanced back to see Ryo bending over, rummaging in a drawer. Since Ryo’s jacket was draped over the back of his chair, Dee had an unobstructed view of his very shapely rear; a sight he never tired of, though he was starting to think looking at it was all he’d ever get to do.

Distracted, he walked straight into Commissioner Rose, who’d also been staring at Ryo.

“Watch where you’re going!” snapped Rose.

“Likewise,” snarled Dee, stalking back to Ryo.

“I thought you were getting coffee.”

“Right. I forgot.”

Ryo laughed.

“Now who’s the airhead?”

Bwahaha! Classy! *applauds* Of course Rose and Dee would both be hypnotized by that sight xD
And isn't it funny how we both coincidentally wrote a drabble about Ryo's butt? :'D (it's a sign!)

A sign that we spend WAY too much time thinking about fictional characters' butts, lol!

And of course, Dee hightailed it straight back to Ryo to defend him from Rose, just in case Rose thought it would be a good idea to try kissing Ryo again. Coffee is far less important.

Yeah, that could be it... Oh dear, now you've got me figured out! xD

Ryo doesn't even realize how he is constantly fueling the cold war going on between Dee and Rose, does he? :D

At that point, definitely not! I think he starts to get a clue once he finally twigs that Rose is trying to kiss him. I love the scene when he punches Rose for kissing him, lol!

Plus, of course, with Rose around, Dee has to protect Ryo from any unwanted advances ;)

He and Ryo may be stuck in a holding pattern, without the holding, but there's no way Dee's letting Rose get close to an oblivious Ryo.

It is indeed!

(Just so you know, Commissioner Berkely Rose fancies Ryo too, tries to smooch him but gets stopped by Dee, while Ryo somehow manages to be unaware Rose was trying to kiss him until Dee points it out. The one time Rose DOES manage to trick Ryo and kiss him, Ryo promptly punches him in the face. And yet, for all the times Dee has pounced on Ryo and kissed him, he's never been punched, lol)
