Summary: Surrounded by too many aliens to count, Amy feels completely out of her depth.

There were so many alien beings crowded around them it was rather overwhelming. If that wasn’t bad enough, every one of them was a journalist from one planet or another. Amy had never imagined becoming an intergalactic celebrity, and yet somehow she was. If only she knew why.


“What do they want with me?”


The Doctor shrugged. “How should I know?”


“But I’m not famous!”


“Perhaps not on earth, but here…”


“How does it feel to be the Chosen One?” someone shouted from the back as cameras flashed.


“I wouldn’t know. Sorry, I think you’re mistaking me for someone else.”

Did this happen after the episode: Closing Time? Amy was a model by then.

No, sometime before then. It's her first experience of being famous, even though it's a case of mistaken identity. Amy is no Chosen One.
