A/N: Double drabble.
“Are you sure they’re both mine?” Ianto asked one day as he and Jack fed the twins.
“What?” Jack looked up, startled. He was holding their son, Gareth, who was the image of his dad, from the straight nose to the thick mop of brown hair that flopped across his forehead. He’d been born with a good head of hair, and while some had fallen out soon after birth, it hadn’t taken long to grow back.
Jenna, on the other hand, had been almost bald at birth, just a few pale strands of hair decorating her otherwise bald, pink scalp. They’d vanished within a few days, and she’d remained bald for several months, but now her head was covered with soft, silky blonde hair.
“Neither of us has fair hair, so where does Jenna get hers from?”
Jack relaxed, grinning. “I had fair hair when I was born, but it darkened as I got older. My dad had dark hair, but my mom was blonde.”
“Ah, that explains it.”
“Did you seriously think she might not be yours?”
“Of course not, I was just joking. I mean look at her; she’s got my nose!”
“She’s got her taddy’s smile too.”
