Summary: Dee’s long wait is over.

A/N2: The dialogue is borrowed from the manga
When Ryo looked at him that way, Dee thought it was entirely possible he could drown in those impossibly dark eyes. The world around him ceased to exist and he lost himself in the depths of Ryo’s soul. For once his partner wasn’t pushing him away, just looking up at him, calm and trusting.
He had to ask.
“Are you sure about this, Ryo?”
Time stood still; his heart pounding, he waited for rejection that never came.
“Yes, Dee, one hundred per cent sure.”
After years of waiting, Dee finally found heaven in the arms of the man he loved.

Date: 2014-03-19 10:39 pm (UTC)I have three posted so far! Had to re-do the Master List though, I couldn't get all three links under the cut. For some reason, the latest drabble link was under the cut, the other two weren't, so I've had to leave out the LJ cut =(
Spent the best part of an hour trying to get it to work properly, deleting the blasted thing and re-doing it several times.
There will be a drabble focussing on the morning after their second time, also based on one of the prompts you gave me for Torchwood - I'm re-using some of them for my FAKE drabbles ;)

Date: 2014-03-20 04:18 pm (UTC)I got a lot of prompts for Torchwood from friends, and the person who gave me this prompt also happens to be a FAKE fan, so I'm re-using some of her prompts. This wasn't quite what I was going to do with 'Eyes', but I got halfway through writing it and realised it would fit this scene so well I just had to write it.

They are quite a bit like Jack and Ianto, though Ryo is rather more uptight than Ianto and it takes Dee years to wear him down to the point where he admits he loves Dee. Dee pounces on him a lot throughout the manga though, lol!
