Summary: Amy is in danger; all she can do is wait for the Doctor to save her.

“Don’t panic,” Amy told herself firmly. Panicking was the worst possible thing she could do. This wasn’t the first scary situation she’d been in since she started travelling with the Doctor, and as long as she stayed calm it wouldn’t be the last. Probably. The Doctor would save her; he always had, so far, and if she was patient she was sure he’d come through for her again.


She had to believe in him because who else was there? She had no idea how far she was from earth and all that was familiar. Her life was in his hands.

AMY: But you don't always tell me the truth.
DOCTOR: If I always told you the truth, I wouldn't need you to trust me.

Me: Huh?

Yes, all Amy can do is wait.

He's right though. Sometimes he can't tell her everything, but if she trusts him, that doesn't matter.
