“Goin’ up in the world, are ya?” Dee teased, smirking up at his lover who was sitting astride a broad branch, some distance above Dee’s head.
Ryo grinned down at his partner, the man he loved with all his heart. “Well, I did just get promoted. Care to join me? There’s a lovely view from here.”
“Not so bad from where I’m standin’ either. I’m imagin’ what I’d be doin’ if I was that branch.”
Dee’s smirk widened as Ryo blushed.
“Deee! You really do have a one-track mind, don’t you?”
“Hey, I can’t help it if my gorgeous lover turns me on! ‘Sides, it’s your fault for bein’ in such a suggestive position.”
“I’m sitting on a branch!”
“You can sit on my branch anytime.”
“Oh God…” Ryo covered his face.
“Stay right where y’are; I’m comin’ up.” Dee leaped for the lowest branch and pulled himself up onto it, then continued climbing, settling on a branch slightly lower than Ryo’s. He looked around speculatively. “Always wondered if it would be possible to have sex in a tree.”
“Only if you don’t mind falling and breaking your neck.”
“Yeah, good point; maybe the rewards wouldn’t be worth the risk.”
