A/N: Double drabble.
“ARRRRGGHH! DAMMIT!” Ryo’s frustrated yell echoed throughout the apartment, making Dee drop what he was doing and rush into their small home office.
“What’s up, babe?”
“Stupid technology!” Ryo was practically tearing his hair out. “Paypal’s made some changes to the log in process for security; you have to use the keypad on your phone to enter a onetime security code, but it won’t accept the number of my new phone. When I try it immediately flips to the number of my old phone!” Ryo’s previous phone had been smashed to pieces a few weeks earlier when he was trying to arrest a very unwilling suspect.
“Maybe you should contact Paypal and have them sort it out.”
Ryo gave his lover a withering look. “I would, but to do that I have to log in to my account, which requires me to use the security code, which I can’t because the stupid site won’t accept my new phone number!”
“Ah. That would be a problem.”
“All I wanted was to buy a pack of darning needles because I’ve lost mine. Less than three bucks and the damned site won’t let me pay! I swear, modern technology is designed by sadists!”
