A/N: Double drabble.
Ianto looked at Jack, eyebrows raised. “You want to give our Fluff pocket money?”
“Well, not as such; Nosy doesn’t have pockets, but it does a lot of work around here so shouldn’t it be paid?”
“When you put it that way, I suppose you have a point. If we pay Owen for playing computer games half the time when he should be working then we should certainly pay Nosy.”
“Good, I’m glad you agree.”
“It’s just, what’s Nosy going to spend its money on? It’s not as if it can nip to the shops and buy a bar of chocolate or something.”
“Tosh is teaching it to use a computer; maybe it could shop online. We could set up an ebay account; pay its wages directly into a bank account linked to PayPal so it could buy things it liked.”
“That might work. It would have to get our approval before buying anything, at least to start with though. Can’t have it spending all its money on something potentially dangerous or otherwise unsuitable.”
Jack nodded. “Sensible precaution. Maybe Tosh could set up filters or something, so Nosy would only see toys in a certain price range.”
“That could work.”
