Double Drabble: Uncoordinated

Summary: Everyone but Owen is suffering the effects of a weird gas.

A/N: Double drabble.




“Oops!” Gwen giggled, tripping over her own feet and falling into Ianto’s lap.


Ianto barely noticed, too busy trying to untangle his wristwatch, which had somehow got caught on Jack’s braces. Gwen slithered off his lap moments later anyway, sliding onto the floor. Both she and Tosh found it hilarious, so much so that Tosh lost her balance and inadvertently sat down on the coffee table, right on top of the remains of the pizza from earlier. When she struggled to her feet again, there was a slice clinging to the back of her skirt.


Owen managed a creditable eye roll; being basically dead meant he was the only one unaffected by the weird gas that had leaked out of the device Tosh had been studying. For the last hour he’d been scurrying around taking blood samples from his teammates and running scans, trying to figure out what the gas was and how to reverse its effects.


As far as he could tell they weren’t actually drunk; it was mostly their physical coordination that had been affected, but they were laughing at everything


“At least someone’s having fun,” he sighed. “I just need to find a cure for terminal clumsiness.”
