Double Drabble: Pleasing Jack

Summary: Despite researching the man, Ianto was not prepared for Jack Harkness.

A/N: Double drabble.




What was it about Jack? From the moment Ianto had managed to convince the Captain to hire him, he’d found it more and more difficult to deny him anything he wanted. At first it had been mostly coffee and biscuits, or other sweet confectionaries, asked for with a devilish smile or with pleading puppy dog eyes, depending on the Captain’s mood. Then there’d been requests for Ianto to carry out small tasks, taking things for dry cleaning and fetching them back, making repairs on the coat.


Now, what Jack Harkness wanted was Ianto himself, his body to use as he saw fit, hand-jobs, blowjobs, shagging over the desk in his office, or down in the archives, or in the back of the SUV…


Ianto thought he probably should have resisted, drawn the line at anything beyond flirting and innuendo, because he was with Lisa even though she wasn’t quite herself, and he shouldn’t be cheating on her, even if by doing so he was keeping Jack from suspecting anything. But he couldn’t stop.


Jack had never forced him, not by word or action, but still Ianto found it impossible to say no. Somehow Jack had Ianto wound around his finger.

Ianto cannot be blamed. Jack could wind anyone round his finger, couldn't he? I like to think that even at that stage he cared more for Ianto than he was willing to admit. Likewise, Ianto was beginning to realise that that he actually felt more for Jack than Lisa, though he still wanted to help her.

I think Ianto was torn. He loved Lisa, but he was falling for Jack and he couldn't work out which of them he wanted more. He was obligated to help Lisa, he'd promised and he couldn't let everything he'd done be for nothing, but then what?

Jack did care a lot for him, he believed he and Ianto were building something good.
