WHAT NEXT?

After yesterday's gales and heavy rain, I was looking forward to something a bit more restful. Today's forecast was for blustery winds and light hail showers.

We got this.






Doesn't look like like hail showers to me!

On the plus side, temperatures should be going up by Friday so if the snow isn't gone by morning it should be in a few days.

Yesterday we had 65 mph winds along with rain and hail. Today we just got wind and an inch of snow instead of the expected hail. Snow was NOT forecast!

Exactly! I was no pleased to see it. that's for sure, and the forecast today is for snow showers so it could get worse before it gs better. Having said that, most of yesterday's fall is gone. We could get lucky...

My coworker, her daughter, and I are travelling about 5 hours east starting Thursday after work. It's supposed to be Very Very Cold and Snow.

I am most unhappy about that.

It turned out really well! No rain nor snow during either trip up or back. WHOOT.

Unexpected, and unwelcome. I hate snow. Today we have light snow showers forecast. *sigh* Most of the last lot has gone and Friday should be warmer at least.
