Summary: Jack and Ianto aren’t wearing their trademark outfits. Owen is confused.

A/N: Double drabble.
For once Ianto wasn’t wearing his usual suit and tie; he’d opted for a more casual jeans and t-shirt look. Even more surprisingly, Jack had traded his World War II era clothing and greatcoat for an outfit similar to his partner’s. Owen started blankly at them.
“You two feeling alright?”
“Never better!” Jack beamed.
Ianto rolled his eyes. “D’you even know what this weekend is?”
Owen racked his brain; it was August, he knew that much, but things had been a bit busy and he’d lost track of the date. “Your birthday?” he hazarded.
“That was last week, not that you noticed.”
“Right, I forgot; last week got a bit crazy.”
“It’s Cardiff Pride!” Jack burst out, unable to contain his excitement any longer. “We’re joining the parade later!”
“Rift permitting,” Ianto corrected.
“Tosh said it would be quiet.”
“She said it should be,” Ianto corrected his lover. “That’s not an absolute guarantee.”
“Close enough. Besides, the Rift wouldn’t dare spoil Pride.” As far as Jack was concerned, that settled the matter.
“I hope you’re right. I think Tosh is going.”
“I might tag along too,” said Owen.
“Sorry, Owen.” Jack smirked. “Someone’s gotta monitor the Rift, and you’re it.”
