Ianto had once thought domesticating Jack an impossibility, yet here they were in their beautiful home, relaxing in front of the TV on a rainy Sunday afternoon, watching animated movies with their daughter and pet Fluff. Life didn’t get much more domesticated than that.


Jack wasn’t even wearing his trademark WWII era clothing. Instead, like Ianto, he was dressed in jeans and a sweatshirt. Admittedly, Jack’s was emblazoned with a cartoon character while Ianto’s was plain, but that was just jack; he liked to stand out.


What stood out the most though were the gigantic furry slippers on Jack’s feet.

Giant furry slippers! Love it! It annoys me when people insist Jack could *never* be domestic. Of course he can!

I certainly believe that he can be. Jack may flirt a lot but that doesn't mean he always follows through.

He does like to have warm feet though.

Flirting and being domestic have nothing to do with each other. That's why I enjoy your fics. The more I hear about how Jack can't settle down, the more I want to settle him down! LOL. (Besides of course, he has forever to sow wild oats).

I like to think that his wild oats have already been sown, now all he wants is a home and family, someone to share everything with. I guess that's why I keep making Ianto immortal.
