Summary: In the aftermath of almost getting stabbed, Ryo helps bag up the evidence.

A/N: This one’s a drabble and a half, 150 words.
Ryo held the evidence bag open while one of the crime scene people carefully slid the knife into it, trying not to smear blood everywhere in the process. He studied it with clinical detachment; this was the blade that could have ended his life as well as the murder victim’s if he didn’t have such quick reflexes.
He watched as the CSI stripped off his bloodstained gloves to seal the bag and initial it. From now on it would remain in the forensics team’s custody while it was returned to the lab, where trace evidence would be gathered to prove it was the murder weapon. From the amount of blood on it there seemed little doubt it was, but suppose there was blood on it from previous victims? Maybe this wasn’t the suspect’s first kill. Well, they’d know soon enough.
Shuddering slightly, he turned away. He’d almost been the next.
