Yes, anyone can sign up - it's on dreamwidth, but so are you.

You can pick any fandom and/or pairing you want, and select I think it's up to 5 tables - there are a lot more than the ones I picked. I think there are even tables you can make up yourself by picking prompts from the existing tables.

I signed up over a month ago, but two of my f-list just signed up today, so looks like any time is the right time.

Have fun! (Maybe you could pick a table for FAKE... ?)

There's also no deadlines for completions, which is a relief for me, lol!
