Unfortunately not, he keeled over backwards on a cupboard top and bumped his head. But he did have several Jacks to look after him so he was okay.
For a long time, one of my Torchwood Jacks didn't have a Ianto. Every day, he saw the other two with theirs, and more than once he threw himself off the shelf. I eventually got another Ianto - they're hard to come by at a price that doesn't break the bank - and Jack has been fine ever since.
