I remember when I had to pay rent and wait in a long queue at the post office. Now theres a choice of paying bills at an electronic machine or online. Even though its less busy, I still see people prefer to do theses kinds of tasks old school. My mum still gets Christmas cards or letters from her former co-worker/friends every year. Some are from those who have gone overseas.
