Jack rescued Ianto from Talla when the Rift took him there. so it's safe to assume that he knows ;)
Yes, Jack is having a little trouble believing Ianto is real, but he'll get there. Ianto will help him and so will the TARDIS.
I do plan to write the meeting between Ianto and his TARDIS and the Doctor. I don't know when I'll get around to it, but I definitely want to write it.
