Meds aren't working out so well, I've stopped taking them. I was getting more agitated and I feel like crap, I'm looking into self-help and relaxation exercises, therapy options and stuff because I'm not coping well at all. I can barely eat at the moment, can't go out, and I'm constantly tense and stressed. Need to find ways to ease that.
