In Jack’s opinion, this was pretty close to heaven. Stepping through the doors he looked around with a huge smile on his face.
“Focus, Jack. I know how you get in these places but we’re only here for some essentials, so please try to restrain yourself,” Ianto reminded him in an amused tone.
“But there’s so much here! And it’s all so tempting! Oooh, we have to have some of these!” Jack picked up a packet and waved it in Ianto’s face.
Ianto sighed and shook his head.
“I knew I shouldn’t have brought you to an office supply store!”

Date: 2014-12-15 05:04 am (UTC)My weaknesses are craft supplies particularly needlepointing supplies and musical CDs!! Which is why I have forced myself to stay away from those stores and have mainly succeeded. But the there are the internet stores (...waiiiilll!!!)
I have so much craft supplies which I have yet to use and my musical CDs collection can easily rival the best specialty stores for selection *hug sigh....*

At least Jack has the money to spend and all that space in the Hub to put his toys. Ianto will be happier when he's enjoying the benefits of Jack's innovativeness.

Date: 2014-12-16 02:32 pm (UTC)I wish I had more time for crafting, but aside from making a few Christmas cards, and the sweater I'm knitting, I've barely done any in months. Hoping that will change next year, if I ease back a little on the writing. Have to wait and see. Real Life is taking up a lot of time right now.

Date: 2014-12-16 06:12 pm (UTC)1 piece is abt 70% done and the other less than 30%. I've been able to slightly work on the piece which is with me. The other piece is back in my hometown. I'll have to remember to bring it back with me when I go home next. I really need to finish both so I can have a complete set of the 4 seasons :( (*sigh*)
I have also been planning to put up pictures of the completed pieces I've done over the years in my LJ page. I'll still need to hunt down some pieces I have given to family and friends over the years and had stupidly not taken pictures of previously. I would ideally like to have pictures of all the pieces I'd done but that may not be possible with people having moved away.
