I would agree about Alex; those episodes were on again last week and I'm still stunned/horrified by how that monster started the Cybermen and even more appalled by Yvonne's inability to see the danger she was putting everyone at TW-London in by pursuing that line of research against the Doctor's advice. But she remained true to herself, even converrted, as a Cyberwoman. I give her props for that.
I feel for Jack. Suzie never realized that glove was taking her over and things got way out of hand but I'm glad you brought her back to talk to Jack. This would be nice to see an update of (post COE which we don't believe in) to see how Ianto, Owen and Tosh would help Jack.
