Nothing wrong with being set in one's ways; I'm a creature of consistency. My family knows my hobbies or interests and my son knows where to find me if he knows I'm doing some form of sewing somewhere.
Apparently because my mother has a rare form of glaucoma, I've been advised to keep a check on my eyes. Haven't been able to do so financially because NY temp work was seriously affected by that 9/11 debacle. It's only because I requested termination of my 3rd assignment at the WTC that I avoided what happened. People don't realize that so many businesses were affected by that destruction; many law firms lost a giant client base temporarily. I was lucky that the firm I worked for kept me going even 2 days a week for a long time. I'll set up an appointment in the next 2 weeks; that damn blurriness is affecting my beading as well as typing.
