Okay. I'm glad it didn't cost you money but emotionally, that inconvenience you. I got some counselling and was sort of glad not to go back after a couple of sessions because it felt very "on the clock"
When underlining issues or feelings aren't resolved, it can fester and cause further problems down the line. I found a more suitable counsellor after that.
