A/N: Double drabble.
Tosh had come to work that morning with her eyes all red and runny. At first Nosy had thought that she must have been crying; perhaps she’d hurt herself or had a fight with Owen. Sometimes Jack would get red-eyed and sniffly when he and Ianto argued.
Then Tosh sneezed and blew her nose. Nosy knew what that was like. Perhaps Tosh had allergies and Owen could give her something to make the sneezes stop.
“That’s a nasty cold, Tosh. Shouldn’t you be at home?” Ianto asked when he brought her a cup of tea.
“I hate staying home alone. I’ll be fine, I’ve got a lot to do.”
“Well, if you change your mind, just let me know and I’ll drive you home.”
“Thanks, Ianto.”
Poor Tosh! Having a cold sounded horrible. Nosy thought hard about how to make her feel better. What would a human do?
A little while later, it slithered over to Tosh’s workstation and set its basket on her lap. Inside were a folded piece of paper covered in flowers with ‘Get Well Soon’ written on it and a bunch of grapes.
Tosh smiled. “Thank you, Nosy, what a lovely card! I feel better already!”
