Summary: Ianto just wants to sleep, but Jack is being annoying.

A/N: Double drabble.
Something prodded Ianto in the side; he hoped it was Jack’s finger and not his… something else. What did it take to tire him out?
“Ianto? Are you awake?”
“No.”
Okay, so maybe answering Jack wasn’t the best idea, but Ianto was still mostly asleep, and therefore not thinking particularly clearly. Besides, it was an automatic response; if someone asked him a question he gave them a reply, because he was cursed with good manners, no matter how inconvenient that might sometimes be.
The finger poked him in the side again. “Ianto?”
“I’m asleep.”
“No you’re not; you don’t talk in your sleep.”
“I might. Go away and let me sleep, or at least shut up. I’m tired.”
“But Ianto…”
“Do NOT poke me again or I’ll rip your finger right off!” Ianto opened one eye to glare balefully at his lover.
Jack hurriedly withdrew the offending finger, but he didn’t lie down, or go away, just looked expectantly at Ianto, as if he was waiting for something.
Ianto gave a resigned sigh. “What?”
“Next time you go shopping, can you get some of those stem ginger cookies?”
“You woke me for that?”
“I wanted to ask before I forgot.”
