Halloween Pendants
Every Halloween I like to offer the kids a little extra something along with their candy. I had intended to knit some little critters, but I was busy with other things and I never got started, so I decided to whip up a few pendants instead. I got a little carried away... Anyway, I promised a friend I'd post pictures, so here they are.

Hematite

Charms

I think I have about 80 altogether. I've had so much fun going through all my beads and seeing what I can do with them.

I do, too! I really loved that series (or at least the first two seasons of it with Michael Praed as Robin). Robin Hood has been one of my heroes since I was very very little and that visual versino of Robin Hood is my ultimate favorite.
...well, that and Disney's animated "Fox as Robin Hood". Because I think that started my love for foxes.

Yeah, his dark hair fit the role better than Jason Connery. The Fox made a great Robin Hood too

Michael was prettier too. :D Well, in my opinion at least.
Of course the Fox made a great Robin. It's kind of what foxes do, steal from the rich.

I think so too. Nothing against Jason.
Good point. Plus foxes are sneaky as Robin needed to be.

Jason was fine, but after Michael Praed...
Mm. Foxes are kind of special to me. What can I say?

Some people are a hard act to follow.
I was stood at my gate one summer night, just enjoying the breeze, and a fox trotted right past me, just feet away. Used to see them in the back garden too. I miss my foxes.

They really, really are.
I kept hearing them near my house in Florida but never saw them.
Re: It
Foxes can be very elusive, which I suppose is what helps them stay alive. It's a real treat to see them. Some are surprisingly small, but we did have a magnificent and much larger than normal dog fox around here some years ago. Really beautiful. these days I don't even smell foxes in the garden.
Re: It
Aww. I'm sorry you don't see/smell them any more.
Re: It
So am I =(
Re: It
I can imagine all too well.
