A/N: This one’s a triple drabble.
Using his key to let himself into his lover’s apartment, Dee stopped dead just inside the door, a slow grin spreading across his face. Ryo was on his knees, butt sticking up in the air at a very tempting angle as he groped about under the sofa.
“Now that is a sight well worth seein’.”
“Ack!” Startled, Ryo tried to look back over his shoulder, lost his balance and fell over sideways, landing with a heavy thud on the polished floorboards. “Ow!” He scrabbled upright rubbing his shoulder, and scowled at his partner. “Don’t sneak up on me like that!”
“Sorry, babe; thought ya would’a heard me come in.”
“Well I didn’t.”
“What were ya doin’ down there anyway?”
“I dropped my pen and it rolled underneath. I was just trying to get it back without having to move the sofa.”
“What d’ya need a pen for? Writin’ your memoirs?”
“Shopping list. I need to pick up a few things on my way home tomorrow; I thought if I got the list done tonight it would be one less thing to deal with in the morning.” Ryo went to get down on his knees again.
“Move over, I’ll get your pen; my arms are longer.”
Ryo stepped back to let him, still rubbing his bruised shoulder. “Thanks.”
Dee crawled half under the sofa, his ass in the air, and Ryo grinned, reaching out to give it a firm squeeze. There was a thud as Dee’s head jerked up and connected with the sofa frame.
“OW!”
Ryo smirked to himself; revenge was sweet.
“What the hell did ya do that for?” Dee struggled out, Ryo’s pen clutched in one hand and rubbing his head with the other.
Ryo looked suitably contrite. “Sorry, Dee, the temptation was too much; I couldn’t resist.”
