Aww cute. But they should really wait and see what name fits it, you can't decide these things in advance. Although I do like Oscar for a boy cat, and my friend had a cat called Millie who she had to have put down last week :-( so I would vote for Millie if its a girl in memory of her. She was a really grumpy little black and white cat who apparently wouldn't let anyone stroke her. Except when I went round she always surprised everyone by coming to me for a cuddle. She never stayed long before wanting to bite me, but at least she came to greet me. I liked her. She had character! Lol.
