So I guess you could eat foods that vegetarians/vegans would stick with. That's similar to what I do. Why must we eat heavy fatty foods to fill full?

Fresh is always best as well as food hygiene. No matter who you are.

My cat's loved it when I gave them fresh fish. That was when they were still kittens. Later on I just gave them the dry/wet cat food.

I don't mean to compare you to a cat. I sometimes ate tuna and my cats would want that too.:)
