The pay was good and if it wasn't so stressful due to staff turnover, I may have stayed longer. I don't work good under pressure. Although I've notice that waiting time for food orders are longer to how it was when I had to prepare them.
I just dislike the fact that some people look down on this industry. Not everyone can or would like to become doctors, lawyers or whatever is deemed highly skilled/intellectual jobs.
I've heard of small charities that are trying to serve the homeless with leftovers from food industries. It might as well become official. It's just a matter of drawing up an agreement so that it is maintained effectively.
I don't eat it often either but I do like potatoes in other forms. Mashed, baked, in a salad etc. I also like Italian food.:)
