It's always a bit different transitioning to a new Doctor, especially if the same writers are being used. They have to find their voice for the new Doctor just as the new actor is finding his voice in the role. Some writers ave an easier time adjusting than others.


I've never seen Gilmore Girls so I can't comment =)
