Summary: Owen has found an unexpected way of calming a new inmate.

A/N: Double drabble.
The latest inhabitant of the cells, an impressively large bull Weevil that had been a nightmare to capture, was proving quite a handful. It was too dangerous to be released back into the sewers, having already attacked a group of drunken and stoned clubbers as they wended their way home in the early hours.
Miraculously none of them had been killed and their injuries hadn’t been too serious since most of them had been wearing heavy jackets, but that was hardly the point; once a Weevil started seeing humans as potential food, the risk was too great.
That meant they’d have to keep it locked up, but the way it kept throwing itself against the two-inch thick reinforced Perspex cell window, Ianto was starting to worry it might break out.
“We can’t keep it permanently sedated; the stuff we use on Weevils isn’t designed for long-term, it’ll probably lose its effectiveness over time and higher dosages could do permanent harm,” Owen stated. “I’ll figure something out.”
Two days later, visiting the cells, Ianto found the rambunctious inmate looking surprising mellow.
“Told you I’d fix it,” Owen grinned.
“You did, but a Weevil smoking a joint is a seriously disturbing sight.”
