I actually liked Amy, so I wouldn't compare Gwen to her. Gwen loses badly.

She was supposed to have empathy but mostly she came across as patronising and condescending. Look at me, see how caring I am, taking down to this poor unfortunate person when I'm so much better than they are. And she did love playing with weapons, while the rest of the team used them when necessary and treated them as tools.
