A/N: Double drabble.
Ianto was so absorbed in another enthralling piece of fiction, otherwise know as Jack’s report on a particularly dull incident which he’d clearly decided needed livening up, that he didn’t notice his lover creeping up behind him until he felt warm breath against his neck. Before he could move, an equally warm tongue traced the shell of his ear, and teeth nipped at the lobe, making him shudder deliciously.
“Jack!”
“Mm?” Jack murmured, pulling Ianto’s earlobe into his mouth and lightly sucking it.
“Stop that! I’m trying to work!”
Jack had to cease sucking in order to speak. “I’m not stopping you. Carry on with your reading; I’ll just…” The tongue inserted itself into Ianto’s ear and Ianto abandoned the report with a groan.
“If you think this is going to get you out of the trouble you’re in for embellishing your report, you’re mistaken.” He tried to sound forceful, but mostly just sounded breathless; Jack was nibbling the side of his neck now. “I mean honestly, Goblins? Spells? Treasure? This reads more like a fairytale than you collecting a bent golf club that fell through the Rift.”
“Just trying to brighten your day.”
“You’re doing that alright,” Ianto admitted.
