It's easy to demonise the day when you have something bad happen to you or a loved one - my sister's boyfriend many years ago fell off his motorcycle right in front of her on a Friday the 13th. I have disasters of various kinds practically every week, so I tend not to think of particular days as unlucky. Some are just worse than others.
